Involved in emergency response since 1995 as a lifeguard, 1998 as a basic life support provider, and at the advanced life support level since 2005. Neil also holds emergency response certifications in High Angle Rope Rescue, Fire Fighter, Ground Search, Lifeguarding, Hazardous Materials Technician, Tactical Combat Casualty Care, International Trauma Life Support, and Counter Narcotics and Tactical Operational Medical Support. Additionally, Neil holds instructor credentialing as a Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor, and American Heart Association CPR, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support Instructor
